Of course, the correct name of this product is washer sheet; But because the Klinger brand is the most famous manufacturer of washer sheets; The washer sheet is known as klingerite. The structure of klingerite sheet is very complex. Asbestos powder, NBR rubber compound, EBR rubber compound, NR rubber compound and some other secret resins are the compounds that make up the structure of Klingrit refractory sheet. The presence of rubber resins has caused the desired flexibility of this refractory sheet. Asbestos powder will also withstand heat and proper sealing of this product. Klingrit refractory sheet is produced in four types, which we will briefly introduce all four models.
1 – Wireless klingerite refractory sheet:

2 – Wired klingerite refractory sheet:
This refractory sheet is the same as its prototype; With the difference that layers of wire are used in the structure of this product, this layer of wire causes more mechanical strength in this product and has also increased heat tolerance. This heat tolerance is up to 580 degrees Celsius.
3- Wireless graphite graphite refractory sheet:
In addition to its main material, this product has a layer of graphite on its surface, which has caused more heat to be tolerated in the graphite clear graphite refractory sheet. Heat tolerance has been improved to 600 degrees Celsius in this type.
4- Wired graphite graphite refractory sheet:
This type of klingerite sheet in addition to the main material of its main constituent; A layer of graphite is also drawn on the final product. This graphite layer has increased heat tolerance compared to the prototype of this product. It is a kind of flame retardant graphite refractory sheet with flared flame retardant sheets. Heat tolerance in this type of refractory sheet reaches 650 degrees Celsius.
