Teflon packing of graphite aramid is a strategic product in the refractory industry. This packing is also known as 3G sealing yarn and Kevlar graphite sealing packing. The main structure of this product is composed of graphite refractory yarn and Teflon refractory yarn (PTFE). Also, to maintain the maximum strength and heat resistance, aramid (Kevlar) refractory yarn is used in the structure of this packing. In a way, aramid fibers in this product have a strengthening effect. Graphite and Teflon fibers are also lubricants for this sealing yarn. Aramid fibers in this product cause heat conduction, as well as resistance to tension and abrasion in this product. The temperature that Teflon graphite aramid packing can withstand up to 260 degrees Celsius has been measured. The most important applications of this product are:
